The space has a large open area, several offices, a mezzanine level and plenty of natural light making it comfortable set up for a physical therapy practice. Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, who represented both sides of the deal stated that the building is now 100% leased.

Yoga to the People has leased the entire third floor of approximately 1,600 sf at 1017 Sixth Avenue. Yoga already has a location in the East Village and one in California. The space consists of a new hardwood floor, high ceiling and two sides with windows. The asking rent was in the low 30's a foot.
Majerovsky repped both the tenant and the ownership.

HJ Corp. has signed a five year lease for about 2,100 sf comprising the entire 2nd floor of 40 West 38th Street. After the completion of a gut renovation, the company will open a nail salon.
