Wednesday, March 01, 2006 -  Banc Cafe signed a lease for 6,000 sf. at 384 Third Avenue for their second location in Murray Hill. Abe Bichoupan of C.R.E.S.T.. represented the tenant and Maria Majerovsky of Citywide Properties represented the building owner in the long term lease with an asking rent of $100 per foot. Banc Cafe , a sleek bar/rest/lounge with a diverse menu of American/French cuisine, already has a well established presence with a loyal following, said Majerovsky. The lure of various ethic restaurants, new boutiques, and close proximity to the Midtown business district is drawing more and more residents into the neighborhood and is becoming ever-so popular with chic young professionals.
